Becoming a patient takes one call
To start treatment at RecoverWell, call 931-365-2175, email [email protected], or complete the new-patient packet below. Our team will gather your information, answer your questions, and schedule your first telemedicine visit — appointments are available Monday–Friday.
Complete your new-patient packet online
Fill this out before your first visit and we'll have everything ready when you call — or our team will reach out to you once it's submitted. Costs and consents are spelled out inside the packet.
What should I have ready?
- A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera for video visits
- A photo ID
- A list of current medications
- Your preferred pharmacy's name and location
What happens at the first visit?
Your provider reviews your history and your goals, determines whether Suboxone® is right for you, and — if so — sends your prescription to your local pharmacy the same day with clear instructions for starting safely. Read more about how treatment works.
What will it cost?
We accept most major insurance plans, including TennCare — see the plans we accept below. Self-pay costs are spelled out in your new-patient paperwork, and our team will walk you through your insurance and payment options before your first visit — no surprises. Call 931-365-2175 with any questions.
